Library Books is now Snow Leopard compatible

I’ve fixed up Library Books so it is compatible with Snow Leopard. Download the beta version.

    When I installed Snow Leopard today, I was so disappointed your widget wasn’t compatible.

    Thank you so much for fixing it so quickly! I don’t want to know how much I’d owe in fines if I didn’t have Library Books.

    Oh, thank GOD! I love this app so much, it broke my heart when it didn’t work after upgrade. You really are a saint, Mr. Harold Chu. Really. I will very soon drop some money in your PayPal stocking, and hope other Snow Leopard users will do the same.

    Oh, whoops! looks like there is no stocking. Please let us all know if we can help support this software — if you release an iphone app, i’ll be among the first to buy.

    Thank you for your quick update to Library Books for Snow Leopard! My wife was lamenting the late fines we’d have if it didn’t work on the new OS upgrade I forced upon her!

    Hi, after updating to the new beta, I get this error:

    A problem occured with Library Books.

    This is the technical description of the problem:

    NSUncaughtSystemExceptionException
    Uncaught system exception: signal 10

    Stack trace:
    ——————-

    I got an error after upgrading to 10.6 before updating LB, but i didn’t copy the text so I’m not sure if it’s the same one. advice?

    Hi Eli, it looks like the same problem as before the Snow Leopard fix. Try download the beta version again and make sure you are running version 2.6b198 or greater.
